About me
I’m a Massage Specialist. I draw on more than twenty years of experience and vast Therapy knowledge.
‘Gentle but strong’
With my strong, sensitive hands and forearms I deliver real results with great knowledge and skill.
Massage Style
I use body weight techniques and gentle stretches. I prefer slow, rhythmical moves; my Massage has been likened to a Tai Chi dance in which you, the client, is lulled into a deeply relaxed state.
Letting go
I call my business Soothe Out Stress because I believe that ‘letting go’ of tension is what it’s all about. We all hold tension in our bodies, and that tension can cause imbalances and illnesses, hence the need to let go. My massage will enable you to restore your body to its natural healthy state.
Investment
I charge £60 an hour for a treatment tailored specifically for you, to meet your needs. It could be a blend of Reflexology, Aromatherapy back massage or a blend Western style Thai Massage to suit you.
I regularly offer introductory / special reduced offers to new clients, contact me via phone or email to discuss.

Massage practitioner for the last 20+ years

About Me
I have been a Massage practitioner for the last 20+ years. In Stourbridge I worked at the Body Balance Holistic Therapy Centre, and in Kidderminster I worked at The Fab Studio and also at the McTimoney Chiropractors in Franche. I also taught my own ‘Hands Free’ massage techniques to other therapists in the Midlands. I am now based in Malvern and use several studios.
Laughter Yoga
I’m passionate about Laughter Yoga, but please note, it’s not really Yoga, there are no yoga poses, it’s just Laughter exercises with yogic style breathing! It’s a great way of reducing stress and making you feel really great. Practising Laughter Yoga is both uplifting and energising.
I first trained in ‘Laughter Yoga’ 15 years ago and ran successful ‘Laughter Clubs’ in Stourbridge and Kidderminster where I used to live before moving to Malvern. I started running ‘Laughter Yoga’ sessions in Malvern in 2024. For me personally, Laughter Yoga has been life changing and has helped me get through very challenging times. I love to share what I’ve learnt because I believe that we all need to laugh a lot more, as the old saying goes ‘if you don’t laugh you’d cry and what’s the point of that?’
Laughter Yoga involves simulating Laughter with yogic breathing. We begin with some straightforward warm ups which lead to Laughter exercises. Some of the exercises relate to real-life situations so taking part enables us to build our resilience to deal with everyday challenges.
As Laughter is contagious, our physical, mental and emotional stresses, soon dissolve. People experience a positive energy boost and stress relief.
